Turksvygrivier is a family farm that farms with sheep and wildlife, 10 km from Pearston, a small town in the Karoo. It is a quiet family holiday destination for those looking for a getaway from the city or a hunting experience of a lifetime. Accommodation is available in 3 stand alone units with en-suite bathrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests all together. Bedding and towels are provided. Two of the units each have a small kitchen with basic appliances and small fridge with the third unit making use of the communal kitchen and braai area. All 3 units are supplied with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, rusks, eggs, fresh water and fire wood.
The communal kitchen and braai area is fitted with a fridge, freezer, stove and basic kitchen appliances. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, rusks, fresh water and fire wood will always be available.
Activities like swimming in the farm dam, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching and cycling (with own bicycle) are just some of the things to do on your holiday. New MTB routes for beginners and experienced cyclists will be available soon.
